On Sunday afternoon, we visited the Withlacoochee State Forest. This is currently the third largest state forest in Florida. In fact, it is located in Citrus, Pasco, Hernando and Sumter counties and offers trails for hiking, bicycling, horseback riding and canoeing. Although we were not out for any particular assignment or study, we had a great time and took lots of pictures! If anything, it was more of a handicraft project as the girls are doing "photography" as their handicraft skill. Still, it was nature and Florida traveling which is what this blog is about, right?
Sharing some pictures:
My 11 year old, Alexis, took this one.
Alexis also took this shot.
And this one..
Lorelai, my 6 year old, took this one.
